What happens after you get in touch

   We call you back. Dave reads every enquiry himself and replies within one business day — usually the same afternoon. A couple of photos of the job with your message helps us give a realistic answer straight away.

   We quote it properly. Small repairs are often priced over the phone. For decks, pergolas, renovations and bigger builds we come out, measure up and send a written quote — free, with no obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.

3. 3

   We book it in. Once the quote is approved we lock in a start date and turn up when we say we will. All work is fully insured, and we travel anywhere between Helensburgh and Nowra — same rates across the whole Illawarra, with no call-out surprises.
